Shipping And Returns
General Information
We pride ourselves in our customer service and want to provide the best experience possible for you. We are excited and honoured that you entrusted us to help you grow your garden. We want to get your seeds to you as quickly as possible and in one piece. We pack your items carefully in compostable mailers to protect your investment. All orders are shipped via Canada Post and will be processed as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours).
Don't hesitate to contact us if you have a special request, as we are flexible and pretty nice people.
Canadian Orders
Regular Orders ship via Canada Post Standard Mail. This allows us to keep a low shipping rate for most orders. Orders will generally arrive in 2-9 business days, depending on your location in Canada. These orders do not get tracking numbers.
If you would like to expedite your order or would like the ability to track your order please select the Expedited Parcel option when checking out. These orders will go out via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost. We will give you a tracking number with this option when we complete the order.
International Orders
We currently only ship to Canada but check back with us regularly as we are navigating our options for sale to the continental US.
Unfortunately, outside of the US things get even more difficult to ship. We hope that one day we will be able to offer worldwide shipping. We apologize to our international friends.
Returns
You have selected some pretty fun and exciting things to grow. We want you to be successful as much as you do and will make sure you are 100% satisfied. Please contact us if you are having any issues. If you're not happy, neither are we so don't hesitate to reach out.
