Patio Baby Eggplant

Patio Baby Eggplant is an F1 hybrid, dwarf, and upright bushy variety with incredibly high yields. This AAS award winner can yield between 25-50 baby (3" long) fruit in a given season. The fruit is tear-drop shaped with smooth glossy skin. The Patio Baby is especially good for northern climates with shorter growing seasons. The fruit is best when baked, roasted or sautéed (not eaten raw).

This variety has been proven very successful in container plantings as well. Regardless of where you plant them, ensure that your eggplant is grown in highly fertile soil for best results. Full sun is necessary for proper growth. Pick fruit once they reach usable size to ensure continued development of remaining fruit. Matures in approximately 50 days.
