The Yellowstone variety of carrot is a beautiful and tasty alternative to the orange carrot. They bear large (9") cylindrical tapered roots that are bright yellow and smooth. Known for their pleasant taste, they are great for eating fresh, cooking or juicing.

Growing carrots is one of the easiest and most rewarding garden foods. It is a staple in most gardens throughout the world. Directly sow them in rows once the risk of frost has passed and thin to 1-2" apart. The Yellowstone variety is fully mature at approximately 75 days.
