This unique dwarf sunflower challenges what we expect from a sunflower. Normally a towering plant that defies gravity, this little beauty grows only 2-3 feet tall. Thus making it an excellent plant for patios and balconies. It grows well and will flower in a pot without issue. Delivers a stunning display of yellow petals on a dark centre.

Growing sunflower from seed is very easy and is best done by directly sowing a 1/2" deep, into warm soil and frost free conditions. It can be started 2-3 weeks early if you need a head start but we recommend using plantable peat or coir pots if doing so. Plant in full sun and maintain moisture throughout the growing season for best results. We plant ours with blood and bone meal for a steady feed of nutrients.
