This popular pepper has a mild heat that measures between 500-2,500 Scoville. Anaheim Chili's are a versatile addition to any garden. These peppers can be used for many different dishes. The mild heat and slightly sweet taste make them a popular option.

Grow in full sun. Growing peppers from seed is very easy. The most important requirement is warm soil conditions so a heating mat is highly recommended. Grow in a soilless mixture to avoid moisture being "held" for too long.

Start indoors 5-7 weeks before last frost. Peppers like a lot of sunlight so make sure that you do not start too early as they will stretch and be weak if insufficient light is provided.
