Latin Miribilis jalapa
This late afternoon bloomer will delight you with beautiful bi-coloured trumpet flowers. The spectacular colours are a blend of, white/yellow, red/orange, and pink/white. The fragrant flowers are very attractive to pollinators. These rare flowers are a unique option for cut flowers in your home.
Growing Four O'Clocks from seed is very easy. Pre-soak seeds overnight in room temperature water to soften hard outer coating. Sow these seeds directly into the garden spot or planter that you would like to grow them in. Four O'Clocks do not transplant well. If you really want to get a head start, they can be started indoors 3-4 weeks before last frost in plantable peat or coconut coir pots.
