These classic heirloom flowers should be a part of any full sun annual garden. Thriving in dry heat, Celosia is a great showy specimen for the low maintenance garden. This Plumosa Mix will delight you with bright flowers of yellow, red and pink. Final height of this variety can be up to 3' tall. This makes it an excellent choice as a cut flower as well.

Growing Celosia from seed is very easy and can be done indoors 6-8 weeks before or directly seeded after last frost. If you are starting early it is highly recommended to start them in pots that can be planted or in pods to avoid disturbing roots during transplanting. Cover seeds very lightly with soil and water thoroughly. Maintain moisture levels during the 2 week germination period. Thin to 8" apart after germination. Once growing, celosia is a very dependable annual.
